If you are seeing an ‘unauthorized user’ prompt on Stages Link App, follow these steps:
- Unpair the device from the app. Clear the ‘paired phones’ following Main Menu > Dash Settings > Phone > Clear Paired Phones. Re-attempt pairing with the Stages Link App.
- If the above does not work, factory reset the Dash following Main Menu > Dash Settings> Device > Factory Reset. Again, re-attempt pairing with the Stages Link App.
- If that does not work, contact Stages Customer Service.
