The adhoc event window allows you to add your own events to your calendar. These events are separate from those chosen from the event list or used for building custom training plans. You can use the adhoc feature to add any races and events to your calendar that you will not be using for training plans. 

  • If you'd like to use one of these events for a training plan, please contact us and we will add the event to the events list. Once this is done, you can delete the adhoc event, then build your training plan around the new event within our events search. 
  • If you want to build a training plan over a time period that includes these events, input the events first, then build the training plan - the plan generator will consider these events when creating your training plan. By ranking your events as A, B, and C level events, the plan generator will determine which events require a decrease in workout time or intensity leading into the event. 
  • When adding an event to an existing training schedule, toggle the "Include a taper week in my plan" box to popular a taper leading into the event.
