Activities can be synced between your Stages Link account and Golden Cheetah. Once connected, you can upload Golden Cheetah activities to Stages Link and sync your Link activities into Golden Cheetah (such as rides you completed on your Stages Dash device). Workouts from Stages Link can also be synced into your Golden Cheetah library.
Open Golden Cheetah and go to Share > Add Cloud accounts. Then select Activities.
Select Today's Plan.
Select Authorise.
Select Stages Link.
You will be prompted to enter your Stages Link username and password, then click Allow.
Once access is granted, you can:
- Sync activities from Stages Link: Go to Share > Synchronize activities > Today's Plan. Select a time period to search and check the boxes of all activities you'd like to bring into Golden Cheetah. Only supported file types will sync.
- Download workouts from Stages Link: Go to Tools > Download workouts from Today's Plan. Any future workouts in your Stages Link calendar will be accessible for download and immediate selection.
- Upload an activity in Golden Cheetah to Stages Link: Go to Share > Upload Activity > Today's Plan. Any activities in Golden Cheetah that have not been shared to Stages Link will be uploaded.
