The intervals tab is a customizable table showing a summary of various metrics across each interval or lap of your activity. Click the cog icon to add, remove, or re-arrange the items on your interval table.
To create new intervals, see our detailed instructions on how to use the Activity Detail / Analysis view. After creating your intervals, reprocess the ride and they will appear on the summary table on the interval tab.
