Subjective wellness allows you to track how you're feeling each days before and after each workout. By rating your wellness metrics daily, you can use these ratings later when evaluating your training and performance by pinpointing how each of these items plays a roll. 

To log subjective wellness, click the + icon on today or a past day within the Calendar and rate each metric on a scale of 1-9 (1 being a negative, such as high stress or fatigue or low quality sleep and 9 being best). Wellness data can be added to widgets on your Performance Dashboard by picking metrics from the Wellness category.
