The scheduled versus completed graph provides a snapshot comparison of your planned training versus completed activities. Your totals can be compared using either duration, t-score, or distance.  


Tips:

  • Click the graph configuration icon  to choose your preferred comparison metric.
  • Select a custom time period and activity type from the drop downs in the upper right. 
  • Mouse over each time bucket to view the scheduled and completed numbers. 
  • Use the magnifying lens icons to drill in and out to view comparisons based on year, month, week, or day. 


Use this graph to gain more detailed insight into where you may be doing too much or too little in terms of following your prescribed training for each sport.
