The metrics report is a customizeable table you can use to create a snapshot of your training history. This table can be configured to show your training totals, highlight personal bests, and compare data across multiple time periods. 


Tips:

  • Turn on custom filters to add multiple time periods, such to display year over year data. 
  • Filter by sport to narrow down your totals to each activity type. 
  • Customize the metrics (column titles) to show totals, peak HR or power values, and other key training metrics. 



Hover over the table and use the chart configuration menu to update the fields, turn on the heat map (higher values will be shaded darker), highlight personal bests, and add average stats.
