The time in gears widget is intended for those with compatible head units used with compatible electronic shifting groupsets to view their data. Use the cog symbol to toggle between different views.
This chart allows you to visualize:
- Duration: Time spent in each gear
- Power: Average power in each gear
- Heart rate: Average heart rate in each gear
- Cadence: Average cadence in each gear
- Speed: Average speed in each gear
