If your uploaded files are populating the calendar in the wrong time zone or day (if the time zone setting is pushing it forward or back a day), they can be easily adjusted to show up correctly. First, check that your account and calendar are set to the correct time zone. The time zone is set in two places:
- To set the time zone for where you live, go to Account > Profile: Time zone
- To set the time zone for your calendar, go to Calendar and click the time zone in the upper left corner. If you do not see a time zone, click the arrow > to expand.
- This time zone can be adjusted when traveling to other time zones, while your account time zone will remain the same.
If both of these items are correct and your ride is still showing up in the wrong time zone, then the file's time zone may be missing or incorrect. Each ride can be adjusted manually by clicking on the activity and clicking the menu button > Edit File > Time zone > Save.
If the Time Zone field is unavailable, select "Add Field to Edit For" and either type or select Time Zone in the drop-down menu.
Once selected, the Time Zone (Tz) category will appear. Select the Time Zone dropdown menu and manually select the correct time zone.
Once the correct time zone selections have been made, select Save to confirm the time zone selection for the specific activity.
