Once a plan has been created, there is not an option to adjust the start date to a new date. If you need to change your start date, there are a few option for changing your plan within the first 14 days of the start date for your plan (or any time before the plan begins). 

  •  If you simply need to move the beginning 1 day, you can re-adjust the workouts for your first week so that you can fit them in your available dates.
  •  If you need to adjust the plan to started another week, you will need to delete the plan and use the plan builder to rebuild the plan starting on the new date. If your plan is based around an event, the training plan will adjust to include your same event (as long as it is within 16 weeks of the start date).
  • If you need to adjust for another aspect or change the date of any events you are planning, you can also make this adjustment by deleting and rebuilding your plan.
