Stages Link now fully supports workouts for a multitude of sports, including running, swimming, xc skiing, and rowing. Each sport supports structured (interval training or rep cycles) and unstructured workouts (based on planned training duration and intensity). Your training metrics are fully customizable to accommodate each sport's separate thresholds for power, pace, and heart rate. 


To get started with other sports, set up your training zones per sport by clicking your name in the upper right corner > Account > Thresholds/Zones.  Existing activity files that were added during cycling-only support can also be reprocessed under the correct sport.
