On the Stages Link ride graph we have two advanced features that give you the ability to overlay multiple intervals or rides onto the same graph. This allows you to visually compare multiple intervals – either from the same ride or from different rides / riders.
To compare multiple intervals within one ride:
- Create your intervals within the graph if they are not already defined by laps. To do this, drag the cursor across the portion of the ride that the effort occurred. Once your selection contains only your work interval, use the
button to create an interval.
- Once you are set with your intervals within the ride, select your intervals using the interval menu on the upper right hand corner of the graph.
- Once selected, click OVERLAY AND COMPARE and the graph will be updated.
- In the updated graph, you can hover over the graph to see the values from each interval at each corresponding point. On the intervals list, hovering over each interval will highlight that interval on the graph.
To compare multiple rides:
- Create your intervals within the graph if they are not already defined by laps. To do this, drag the cursor across the portion of the ride that the effort occurred. Once your selection contains only your work interval, use the
button to create an interval. Be sure to do this on both rides that contain the intervals you'd like to compare.
- From one of the rides, click the interval drop down and select the
button.
- Choose a time period to search for or add a custom time period
- Once a time period is selected, a list of rides will be populated with the ride date, time, distance, and ride file name. Use the check box next to the ride to select one or more rides to merge in.
- Once the other rides are merged in, click the interval drop down and select the intervals you'd like to compare from both rides and select OVERLAY AND COMPARE.
